As Tuğtepe Pediatric Urology and Surgery employees, in order to manage any risk to our information security and information assets;

To implement and continuously improve applications in a way that fulfills the requirements of the international information security standard,
To carry out trainings that will develop technical and behavioral competencies in order to increase the awareness of information security in all our personnel,
To comply with all legal regulations and agreements regarding information security,
Processing the personal data that is under the responsibility of our clinic, in accordance with the information classes for the specified period, in line with the legal purposes specified in the contracts,
Strengthening the credibility of our Clinic before the relevant parties,
To fulfill the function of ensuring the continuity of information security, defining, identifying, evaluating and controlling the relevant risks within the framework of strategic business plan and risk management,
To protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information assets of our patients, suppliers or other third parties within the scope of information security management,
To systematically manage risks and opportunities for information assets
Considering the image of our clinic; To protect all physical and electronic information assets by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of our internal information.
